What are the fees for the services?

Our fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. In case of a very precise assignment, a fixed price can be offered or for some cases a commission. Otherwise, the hourly fees are applied.

What is an abogado?

An abogado is a Spanish lawyer. An abogado has to be a member of a local bar association (colegio de abogados) and hold a specific insurance or warranty. An abogado is identified by a personal bar association number (número de colegiado). An abogado may represent the client in court and give legal advice.

Is it possible to get a fixed price for the services?

A fixed price may be given for some precise assignments, otherwise, an hourly rate is applied. For some cases, a commission is established as a percentage. Indicative information may be provided on how many hours will be spent on each assignment.

In which countries do you offer services?

Members of a Spanish bar association can act within whole Spain. Depending on the case, it is possible to give legal advice in other member states or collaborate with a local lawyer in court proceedings. Depending on the case, legal services outside of EU are possible via our collaborators.

Do you offer online legal advice?

Yes, it is possible to agree for an online meeting and give legal advice online.
